International Orders

We accept international orders and ship to eligible destinations via EMS (Japan Post).

Shipping

All international orders are shipped with tracking via EMS. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and local postal conditions. Lister cannot be held responsible for delays after an order has been dispatched.

Please ensure that your name, shipping address, telephone number, and email address are entered correctly. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete information.

Returns and Refunds

All international orders are final. We do not accept cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds after an order has been confirmed.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within seven days of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging.

Made-to-order and specially ordered items cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded.
