WASEW started from S/S PACK TEE.
The original idea was to start the brand with two types, a white T-shirt and denim, but it took seven years to complete because I was not satisfied with the texture and comfort of the fabric. . .
Based on the LEE101 vintage from the 1940s, the fabric we arrived at after repeated trial and error is the same left twill denim as the LEE101.
Long slub yarn blended with bima cotton is used to create a long vertical feeling.

We use more weft threads than normal denim to create a durable fabric, but we have changed the processing method from the conventional sanforized (shrink-proof) process to maximize the texture of the fabric and not to impair the comfort of wearing. Sanforized (shrink-proof) processing is done only by washing the original fabric without any processing.

Therefore, although it is a sturdy fabric, it is comfortable to wear and does not have the stiff feeling of denim pants.
The silhouette is neither thin nor thick, and is straight with a slight taper.
The yoke height back yoke, the size of the back pocket, UFO rivets, and other details like store denim and painter denim have been incorporated into standard 5PK denim so that they can be used for a long time and be carefully nurtured. .

Recently, I feel like growing denim is gone. However, it is a standard 5PK denim and you can enjoy the change over time such as color fading and seams that are comfortable to wear. We hope that you will develop your own denim.
